You can replace R3 and R4 by a potentiometer. But Output will never reach to 0volt with this configuration. The lowest possible output voltage is defined by the zener Diode.

would you mind to use BJT for flyback and half-bridge SMPS, because i have some 1300x only. does all 1300x has body-diode ?

i saw many flyback cct use MJE13003 etc BJT and some www said it has diode parallel to it's CE leg for protection. thanks your replies.
