@@abhayhegde1151 I travelled in this train from Panvel to Goa and Goa to Panvel many times in third AC and one time in second class . I didn't face any unhygienic issue while traveling by this train. This train always crowded and full. We will not get ticket if we don't do ticket booking in advance. I think you have travelled in other train as per me.

Pata nahi glorch hai ya booking ka issue ya railway ka jo 3rd ac me booking hone ke baad bhi 3rd ac economy provide ho raha hai. But one thing to add railways are refunding the difference amount to customers. I personally faced the issue 3 to 4 times
