But it depends on what your definition of ‘good’ is in the context of that life circumstance.”

This is a very relevant, informative conversation. The challenge of believing there is a God, but struggling to love Him or build a relationship with Him because He is wrongly credited for evil is something I have seen. The truth is both comforting and available. It is hard to love something preceived as a source of evil, it is reassuring to know our God is good all the time for all of eternaty. He isn't a "Fair Weather God."

Great observation: since God is good always then there has to be something other than God that brings about evil. Knowing the true enemy is where we start the process of overcoming evil and fear in our life.
