Ingredients for Alu Chop | Aloo Chop | आलु चप are:
Fresh coriander - 1/3 cup
Fresh Chili - green or as per your requirement
Onion chopped - 1/2 cup
White salt - 1/2 tea spoon
Ground Ginger - 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander and Cumin seeds - each 1/2 tea spoon
Black salt - 1/2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
Boiled Potatoes - 1/2 KG
Gram flour (besan) - 1 cup
(just a pinch of salt, red chili powder
and turmeric powder for the gram flour
mixture as shown in the video)
