In today’s video, we’re making Aalloo Lachha Namkeen, also known as ‘Panch Mewa’ Namkeen from Haldiram. Ingredients:
• 3 to 4 large size potatoes
• Cashew
• Almond
• Peanuts
• Curry leaves
• Water
• Vrat salt (sendha namak)
• Chaat Masala
• Refined oil or ghee
Instruments:
• Fry Pan
• Spatula
• Serving Bowl
• Chopper
• Cotton clothes
• Tripod
• Camera phone
Instructions:
1. Peel and clean the potatoes.
2. Make aalloo lachha with the help of a chopper.
3. Soak lachha in cold water for approximately 20 minutes.
4. Dry lachha in the air for 30 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, roast all the dry fruits.
6. Deep fry lachha at medium flame.
7. Take a bowl and mix all the dry fruits with lachha carefully. Don’t use your hands, otherwise, the lachha will break.
8. Add salt and chaat masala as per your taste.
