My engine is a heay Ftt modified Kreidler 90cc - air cooled - 5 speed - rotary valve - UltraSap ignition - 98 octan BP petrol - 30hp at 14.000 rpm.
Ftt calculations was the fastest way to get the highest possible power in every two stroke engine. Just in 1 calculation and a with a good execution, you get that result directly for every twostroke and regardless the ccm3. No need for futher experimentals.
But sorry, I had to decide to stop calculations, because I'm now 75 years and want to spend my time only to special projects.

That's why it are dragsters. Crossengines can't accelerate more than half about 0.7G max to keep the frontwheel to the ground. My dragster has a G-force at the start of about 1.25G and in top condition it should be far more.

Do you have any experience using three exhaust ports and if so could you give a hint on how one would shape them for a power band close to 16k rpm's in a 40mm x 39,7mm (b x s)?

The engine in the video has a 3ports exhaust and 7to5 transfers. For 16k and 3 ports you need normaly about 194 degrees duration. In the end a 3 ports is better than a dual system, because it leaves more room for transfers, which is most important. Most engines are not at the level of the Aprilia RSA, so in that case the difference is less.

The speed of an engine is dictated by the exhaust pipe. The question of whether more power is supplied at a higher or lower number of revolutions depends on the correct amount of fresh mixture and at what speed the cylinder filling takes place. So a higher speed is certainly not always the best choice.

Finale tijd 7.29 sec en 117km/h Snelste tijd tot nu toe 7.22 sec rijtijd 6.91 sec (Eindhoven 2007) Hoogste top tot nu toe 123.2 km/h (Genemuiden 2008) Tijden op de 1/4 mile 402meter zouden tussen 13 en 14 sec zijn met ca 150km/h topsnelheid. In 2008 it was about 25hp and use a standard gearbox, only changed the first gear into 16x44, the same as the 1e of a close ratio gearbox. In 2011 I reached 30hp and use a a gearbox with also the second gear changed, quickshift and rearwheel with 125cc slick tyres. The best you can see this video : kzbin.info/www/bejne/e5_ZmoCua6h_rbM

dat is niet zonder meer van de set-up te weten, te zeggen. met 75cc wordt gemiddeld zo'n 25pk als maximum gezien, maar het absolute max ligt met membraam op 31pk en met roterende inlaat op 34pk, zie de notitie op mijn FB pagina. luc foekema

so is there any thing special about these motors, i didnt know such a small motor could throw out such high acceleration, im guessing they get flogged the shit out of in terms of revs and need to be replaced every run, but yeah thats pretty surprising from such a small motor.

No this engine last for about 10 years with the use of 3 pistons. So not every run, that's for the level of topfuell dragsters only.

Thanks Rob, But no the engine is built in 2006, and all parts still runs very well, exept for the piston, which has been replaced ones in the whole period. Besides the 30hp is stll not the end. It can be upgraded till about 40hp when every thing is doné 100%. Practical it means that 5-6hp might be no problem if I would use the right bore-stroke of about 48x48 and use a perfect cylinder, instead of the handmade Kreidler cylinder.

I see, I have a 2 stroke mower engine in a mini bike and it has no were near the acceleration that these little motors do. Were could I get a motor like this and how much would it cost me, that's including the clutch, gears and anything else you need so its ready to go. also are they costly to run / repair I wouldn't mind putting one of these motors on an old bike frame get places in no time with that motor on it. Sorry it took a while to respond old email that this yt account uses is down so..

The only way to get such engine is to made by your self. I don't do this for other people. May be ther are some people who want to do this for you, but in the level of this video it wil cost you very much, so try to learn in good forums to get more knowledge to do it by your self. And don't think you are ready in one year !
