i actually think the machine does work, it's just something supernatural was preventing it from working it. might be likely that demoman after he died in the hands of spy, he was sent to his own personal hell as punishment for bullying spy about his fursona much in a similar way William Afton from fnaf was punished in the form of ultimate custom night

I hope the next video that Spy and Demoman Apologies Eachother for what they do, And the Administrator Tell the team of operations to Put down soldier for good, Then Demoman gets mad and demomen argues to take soldier alive and reason with him while the other team agrees to kill him. After that, the team makes their final decision and to find out what they will do next.
