We were defending at stage 1 and, because it seemed impossible to win Spy vs Medic matchup, I tried to pull off Coffin strat for shit and giggles. Stayed near those boxes for 3 minutes straight before they realized what prevented them from capping.

What happened is that Creem got hit and so his model (along with its collision box and hitboxes) shifted away from the coffin. It's why you can see the Demo go inside the coffin as he swings again. The sword hit the wall.

The box is bright and always has a team color associated with it, making it stand out on most maps. The coffin, on the other hand, is a neutral color and texture, able to blend into darker props on more maps, if in the right spot... also no team colors. Also at certain angles enemy sentries will target you, but shoot ABOVE YOU, being able to waste its ammo. It's insane.

"The Cardboard Conniver" Disguise as a map prop + Silent cloaking and decloaking + No cloak charge is drained while active. + 3rd person camera while cloaked + Leaves a fake map prop in place when decloaking . Maximum of 3 fake props . Fakes are destroyed upon taking damage - 25% slower while cloaked - Not actually invisible - Lose all cloak charge upon decloaking "Ah this reminds me of my youth in the Militaires sans Frontieres..."

The problem is you keep hiding in the same spot (especially notable in medieval). Only use the CoffinTrot on maps/points where you can switch it up a bit when killed, otherwise they'll quickly figure out where to look.

A tip for the VRC sections: you can remove the jitter that is caused by local tracking by using the interpolator program that someone made. I don't remember the name, but looking up "vrc fix jitter" should be good enough. The other solution is to record it from another client lol

The thing to surpass the boxtrot and the coffin taunts are the sadness taunt. On classes especially soldier who lays flat on the ground and the hitbox is dead center it makes it 10X funnier when people glance over you

Box is bugged. Half of the time I see spy crouched with his gun or knife pointing back at him. But coffin taunt is rare, usually works, and even if it doesn't spy just looks like a corpse on the ground.
