After snapping around 5-6 axles and 2 differentials it was about time the rear end gets an upgrade. I'm installing an Eaton Truetrac Torsen LSD on my 2JZ Volvo 940!

I've been very slowly building my 2JZ Volvo 940 and I also have a TrueTrac LSD installed. I think I must've pulled the bearings 10-12 times until I feel like I got the proper shimming. Will hopefully have it running in a few months and we'll find out. What intercooler did you use? I'm having a hard time finding something that will fit.

I have a 740 whit a welded diff that has gone trough alot of abuse and i have never snapped an axle

David Myr I forgot to edit that part. You need a custom speedometer ring.

G80 isnt worth that much, in America at least. G80 doesn't like the 2JZ either, granaded the spider gears in my G80 from a roll on a 2nd -> 1st downshift.

Wear safety glasses for that grinder. If you get that metal in your eye you may very well go blind in that eye
