Calling things that are not like they are, Curry Blake

In this video, Brother Curry Blake explains that calling things that are not as if they are is not saying "I am not sick" but "by the scourging of him I am healed.
Doing so does not mean lying but having faith that it will happen since the healing was paid to the scourging even if we do not yet see it.
When we declare something that is not yet happening, if we are sure it will happen, we are not lying but prophesying.

Romans 4:17, Isaiah 46:9-10. You call those things which be not, as thou they were.. I'm healed in his stripes. You call those things which be not as they thou were.. Things which are not yet done.. God is not lying. It's not lying.. They just not yet done. It is good as done, when God said it.. This is it. When it becomes to sickness.. Your healing is already done.. Actually you can prophesy your future and God's Word will back you up ! This is calling things that are NOT YET DONE. Be an imitator of God as a dear child. Ephesians 5:1.

The difference is that what is taught in the video assumes that you have believed in Christ as savior. As a result, your spirit has taken on a new nature and you have become a child of God. Since you are a child, you have the opportunity to do what Jesus he did and more (John 14:12). What you mentioned instead concerns people who, not having recognized Christ as savior, have remained in human nature and, to act in that way, exploit the potential of the satanic world, which is often called occultism.
