The best thing about you is you always share free tools and sheets. Please create a video on how to record KPIs of ppc and automated recording of KPIs. For the phrase match...would you nagate the KWs in exact match campaigns?

are you putting negative phrases in phrase campaigns from start ? example if you are selling genuine leather products you may put phrases like "vegan" "faux" "pu" as negative phrases before start of launching campaign and also competitor's brand names as negative in phrase match campaign. thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Yes this is a good strategy, but only do this is you are 100% sure you do not want to show up for these. Good luck with your PPC!

I see a lot of people online recommending putting only max 5 keywords per campaign. Some keywords will not be showed alot, while others take all the spending. What do you think about this?

This depends on your strategy and the search volume of the keywords. If the search volumes are fairly similar, all targets are likely to get clicks. But if the SV varies, the clicks will usually go to the higher-volume keywords, and the lower-volume ones may not get any traffic.
