BURT WOLF: TRAVELS & TRADITIONS - LUCERNE, SWITZERLAND (#1305)
For a while, Burt lived in the Swiss city of Lucerne. He describes it as "Home on the Range", but the range he had in mind is the Alpine Mountain Range of central Europe. The city sits at the end of a great lake surrounded by snow-covered mountains. It is one of the most beautiful settings in Europe with an amazing number of cultural attractions including the Rosengart Museum with its outstanding collection of works by Picasso.

You did already job explaining why you chose Lucerne as the Swiss city to relocate to- a question I asked in an earlier video. I prefer the French and Italian languages, and the i,I, winters of Lugano, UT you make a great case for Lucerne. The country is so beautiful and distances not that great, that any city would be here on earth! I envy your work, and the fact you get to do it from such an exquisite base of operations. Your love of all things Swiss really shines through!
