After the first time, I had a nightmare as a kid, I’ve been naturally able to decide whether or not I want to lucid dream. Don’t ask me how that works. I genuinely have no idea. Also the decision is made during the dream.

PRO TIP : immerse yourself in your fantasy storyline movie/series for atleast a week and before sleeping try making just the starting structure of the dream with you as the main character obviously. This will trigger a dream of the same world, BUT the trick is that you have forcefully induced that dream SO YOU WILL HAVE THE AWARENESS that its a dream. Try experimenting on it and trust me you will be a super pro in NO TIME. All the best!! One day you will reach the level: control dream, continue same dream for many days, building a dream world with multiple characters, wake up and sleep again to continue the dream, purposefully lose control of the dream to enjoy uncertainty, years of storyline in 10 hours of sleep etc. I will suggest to stop this journalling,notes etc. focus on immersion in your fantasy and building your dream a little bit before sleeping. Note: Lucid dreaming is an individual experience so try experimenting with yourself on it. Try the tips from the pros and one of them will definitely work for you. I wish i could explain this more in detail. Feel free to ask Qs. HAPPY DREAMING GUYS❤DROP A LIKE SO OTHERS COULD BENEFIT FROM THIS

@@Aarsh1199Hey I been trying to lucid dream and had my first Induced one after 5 and a half years of trying and that was 3 years ago haven’t had another one since but I did have a OBE about 4 weeks ago without even trying(which is when I have my most profound experiences and I know it’s weird stuff only happens for me unintentionally)I simply laid down after being cross-faded and heard a loud ringing in my ears and eventually a loud pop as if I was off of DMT and it felt like my very soul was forcefully snatched from me and I appeared to be in a very long black spiral( never done it before just know from hearing people’s experiences I have only ever touched psilocybin)but I’m not losing hope at all been staying true to my journal and doing my reality checks at least 20 times before the day is up I won’t give up even if it takes another 5 years to have another lucid dream😂🍻 Forgot to mention my first lucid dream was less than 5 minutes but I was able to achieve flight at will but woke up from over excitement and I wasn’t as strict as I am now with making sure to record in my dream journal but now I am 23 days in to my dream journal

Hello sir, I used to lucid dream every night. I didn't think about it, nor did I practice it, but I was doing it for 4 years. I thought I couldn't get enough sleep after waking up, even if I slept 10 hours a day, and I just wanted to get rid of it for peaceful sleep. It's just a thought; I lost this lucid dreaming ability. After 2 years (now), I've been told that it is like the easiest communication portal between me and my subconscious mind. I've been trying very hard for the last 6 months to regain it, but I couldn't achieve it. What should I do?

Is it the time worth to invest in lucid dreaming
@Bannapickleonion

Of course the only time you are investing is spending atleast 10 minutes of your morning writing in your dream journal and doing the consistent reality checks throughout the day The only thing that can be abit time consuming is doing WILD/WBTB which can take some time but ofc doing dream journaling and reality checks are enough to be lucid in a dream

It is more like knowing it's a dream. You are the main character. But you also want to enjoy it, so you dont totallt focus on the aspect of knowing the dream, you focus on living the dream and nudging the dream story the way you want. So it is like "You purposefully lose a little control of the dream to enjoy the experience more".

@Aarsh1199
@Aarsh1199 29 күн бұрын
I started lucid dreaming when i was 18 too and never stopped. Try this: binge watch your favourite tv show whose main character is what you want to become. Fantasy world will be better. Mafia/GoT/Vampire/Apocalyptic etc. Then everyday before sleeping, close your eyes think consciously of your own made fabtasy world for 5-10 minutes and sleep. This will trigger a dream of the same world scenario, then you will starting gaining a little awareness and control over the dream. Do this for 1 week and man you will become the god of that dream world of yours. You will slowly reach the level where you purposefully lose a little control and awareness of your dream just to emerse yourself in the world created by you. Slowly there will be friends, enemies,sadness, happiness, victory,defeat etc etc. The quality will also improve and you will also remember most of the dream after waking up. Hope this helps. Good luck!!

Are lucid nightmares a real thing or just made up?
@Aarsh1199
@Aarsh1199 29 күн бұрын
I can say lucid nightmares are possible, i have been lucid dreaming for the past 5 years but never did i try a nightmare dream. It is just that i dont enjoy horror so why would i induce a horror dream and also fear is a very very Strong emotion so even for a pro-lucid dreamer it is difficult to to control and you can even lose the control/awareness/lucidness of your dream. It is possible but very difficult to ride a long horror dream. Maybe you can try a short 1.
