yes, the thoughts that have their own voice, personality, opinions, relationships between each other AND take over my actions sometimes but I mean, that's normal, just thoughts

@@Ace-qd8dv bro you do know most mentally healthy population don't expirence that. They have depression thoughts but not from separated 3rd person type of view. They have impulsive thoughts but not separate from themselves They just don't do it or do and know they did it. DID and OSDD is like looking at you life from the backseat while some else is driving the car and you feel thier feeling and some thoughts that you dont know. don't agree with or believe or have no clue where it came from. Please just be kinder to yourself and any expirence you are going thru and don't hate yourself or be mad at yourself for the thought of what other people think you have to be or feel or do. Accept and love you no mater what you feel or go thru.
