I'm actually happy with how the friendships in the show are portrayed as being just as important as the romantic connections. Dan and Maze are amazing friends. Amenadiel and Linda have amazing chemistry, what they choose is a refreshing, modern, and perhaps healthier way to co-parent. I love Father Kinsley's actor. He's so good. And I agree, Eve is the best. Remember Candy? Lucifer doesn't choose poorly.

Lucifer season 4 5 & 6 focus on quality over quantity (Though season six did suffer some from the pandemic lock-down).

Chloe casually hitting Lucifer with the “you’re not that guy pal” and then him being like “I’m quite literally that guy” 😂 Also he did give her the benefit of the doubt. He expected her to react the same way everyone else reacts when they find and instead she leaves for like 3 months, comes back and acts all casual about everything so he prods her to see exactly how she feels. And now he finds out she’s been lying since she came back and meant to send him back to hell. Yeah sure he wanted her reaction to be somewhat normal but he didn’t expect that she’d go to that extreme so you see he is right to be angry and hurt
