Trixie got the dagger in her hand in season 5 but it did nothing to her because dagger gets into everyone feeling and and enhance their fear to overcome and kill someone. Thinking that, Trixie doesn't have any fear so she easily picked it.

Trixie knows!!! And I think she is the key going forward to the end of the series. From S1 when she meets Lucifer and he confirms he's the devil to the story of Lilith and she relays the story "The devil went to NY" to Maze. Also, Maze's influence on her. Especially when they went trick or treating and she exposes her face. Trixie is smart. She knows Maze didn't put on Halloween makeup in a matter of seconds.
