I love when Chloe walks away from Lucifer after he told her that there was nothing between him and Ella, he gets this happy puppy "she likes me" look on his face

This shows once again that Dan is neither weak nor stupid. He is just an extraordinarily unlucky guy who always bounces back through his own strength and determination. Always.

I think Lucifer was actually impressed by Dan fighting the blade. He probably earned a couple respect points from that. 😊

Fun fact: Lauren German (Chloe) directed the scene where Lucifer and Ella recreate the Full Yoga Massacre. Apparently her direction mostly consisted of "Get closer.... closer....I said get closer."

Something that seems to throw people about Momess is that, like Lucifer, she never lies. While it's a point of pride for Lucifer, it just doesn't seem to occur to his mother to bother with it. Lucifer seems to get his proclivity for oversharing directly from her. This means that if Momess makes a statement of fact, it is true. When she says she wants to be a a good mother to Lucifer, it's true. When she says she wants to go home to heaven, she does. She's still plenty manipulative, rarely does things for only one reason, and isn't particular about methods, but you can take her at her word.

You are right, and just like Lucifer did with the Russian dolls, they have one motive disguised by another so they don't have to lie. Lucy and Momster are very much alike, that's why they don't get along. Amenadiel on the other hand seems like a loyal mama boy. Maybe he is much like his father?

I may not have said before, but I love the way you've gone down the Luci rabbit-hole SoFie.

I knew you would love this episode, it was fun seeing Lucifer try to play therapist instead of Linda. Lucifer saying "the sandwich is Hitler?" Will always be one of my favorite quotes from this show.

The "Trump's not dead, but he's definitely going to Hell" line was apparently ad-libbed by Tom Ellis. And he was surprised the network left it in.

9:56 - I wonder if the writer(s) of this episode saw the Buffy episode "Hush" and thought: "How could I make that joke less subtle?"

About Trump in hell, on the season 1 gag reel, when Tom Ellis and DB Woodside were filming the final scene and DB says, "who escaped hell?" instead of "mom," Tom says, "Donald Trump." Go watch it. It's worth it.

Lucifer, aka the lightbringer, just lit up Azrael's blade. What does that mean ? A lot ! 🙂 And one more important detail about this episode: We all know that Lucifer never lies. And he said "Trump will go to hell, definitely".
@mak236866 ай бұрын
The opening of the episode sure is something. Starts all happy and cheery and goes right into the most brutal murder ever seen on the show. And to make it more disturbing, remember that Azrael's blade destroys your soul, so all those people are not in Heaven or Hell, they are 100% dead.

I was recently watching "YOU", Its a Netflix Series. Binge watched 2 seasons. And its great. Dark-psycological Thriller, sometimes funny. Thats definitely very different from usual shows. Please consider it to react on.
