The part where he grabs Chloe and says "dont, please" when she touches his scar is still my favorite moment of any season. He speaks in such a vulnerable way, and especially at this point in the series, it's such a distinct shift in his character. Love it.

the police procedures are not important in this show, the storyline is what makes this worth. when Chloe sees the scars on Lucifer's back is the first time she sees him vulnerable and no as a derranged playboy. she sees a man in a lot of pain. Lucifer didn't know how to react to that show of kindness, because as the devil none has shown him this kind of affection, and now he bleeds.

Yeah, the cgi when Lucifer transforms (even just the eyes) was kinda trash in the beginning, but later on, it's really good (or at least believale enough, I'm no expert, lol).

This episode is so good and a turning point of a season 👍👏 From now on this show is starting to become more interesting and focusing more on Lucifer's personal drama than on cases. "Hell freezing over" scene is my personal fav line from the show 🤣 And the scar scene is one of my favs between Chloe and Lucifer in this season, he is just so emotionally vulnerable there OMG 🥺💔

12:18 I gotta warn u now without giving too much away, deckerstar is MAJOR slow burn like you're gonna have to watch a bit for some things for them to happen (aka being established, steps like that i'm not gonna be specific bc I don't wanna spoil) because of how complicated things are for the both of them lol, honestly it takes them like five seasons to even get somewhere(!!!!!!) further than the circle they go around being established its like one thing goes right 50 things go wrong lol. but honestly I love the slow burn its so much better than having them together right away! but the writers are amazing so honestly it just works so well especially for them because of just like how much you want them to just fall in love and get married from like the first season on but they just are so complex people and their story is just so AGH its so goooddddd!!!! anyway i'm so glad ur watching this show is my favorite show of all time I have gotten so attached like ever since I binged it all in august 2020 i've been obsessed

I'm really enjoying your commentary and reactions to Lucifer! A tv show you might want to think about reacting to is the Science Fiction show "Firefly." While it's set far off in the future and in space, the stories are first and foremost about the people and their relationships to each other. In addition to that, Firefly's production used many techniques in lighting and the camera shots for the first time that have come to be commonly used in more recent TV shows and movies. I realize that you've taken on a great show in Firefly, and there are many seasons for it, but please check out at least the first, pilot episode of Firefly, which is a 2 hour episode called "Serenity," not to be confused with the movie, "Serenity," which was done several years after the TV series was cancelled, and answers some of the questions from the show.
