Wow what an in depth review Richard!! Loved the picture in picture sections with shots from the episodes, and as always I appreciate you breaking down where the lenticular was made up from. A highly underrated animated series and one of the best in my opinion. This Batmobile is so stylistic and aerodynamic looking.....I agree that the monochromatic red and black cockpit interiors were really striking and a fantastic choice visually. Thanks for sharing buddy, as always your reviews are some of the best on the tube. The new editing features really elevate these (which I didn't think was possible!). Awesome!

Thanks, buddy. Sometimes I wonder if I ramble on too much in these videos. I imagine people watching and thinking, "Just get to the damn car already!" LOL! It's nice to know viewers are interested in some of the other info related to the Batmobile. Thanks for some of the helpful iPad/iMovie tips. Editing is great on the iPad. I really enjoy making these videos and doing the research on the models. Yes! This Batmobile Beyond is definitely aerodynamic. I should have mentioned that. The whole thing is like a missle or a rocket. Very cool design that almost has a retro-sci/fi look. Loved the show! Thanks again. Always appreciate your help with the collection. +kaijuchevrolet I loved Batman Beyond too - especially the first season. I always wondered if they designed this Batmobile so that they could have a flying car that was easily "animated" for the show. It's a fairly simple design kinda like the BTAS Batmobile (another one of my favorites). Thanks again for watching and for taking the time to comment.

the only issue I have with these eaglemoss batmobiles is nothing opens, a cockpit opening on this version or any other version would've been the icing on the cake and image how much better the tank would've been if you could take a piece of the top off to see the interior. of course that would add cost but I would pay it for the batmobiles I like.

Hey Tim, I really do enjoy this Eaglemoss line but I feel the way you do. How awesome would it be if some of our favorite Batmobile models had special features? Like you, I would also pay extra for a few more details. I recently picked up a lot of the 1/43 scale Corgi Batmobiles. They all typically have certain features beyond moving tires. I have the Eagelmoss equivalent for some of those models and I'm planning on showcasing some comparisons when I do the videos for those Corgi models.

I picked up two corgi (1960 batmobile, 150 twoface car) vehicles as well, I wish I picked up the releases when they came out a few years ago.

Fantastic review Richard definitely a cool sleek looking Batmobile. Love the Batman Beyond tv show it was a gret take on the character. One of my favourite episodes about this version of Batman wasn't actually in Batman Beyond it was a Justice League Unlimited episode called Epilogue don't want to spoil it for you if you haven't seen it but such a great episode I was thinking the same thing about the sides of the vehicle and the you said it man your attention to detail and your breakdown of information in your reviews is second to none your sharper than razor blade lol. Gutted to hear about the QC issues but at least they aren't visible when on display great review as always buddy.

Jamie Evans YES!! Seeing Batman Beyond in the JLU universe was great! I loved that whole first season of JLU (and season 2 of JL). It seemed like the entire arc of that season was centered around Superman. Loved it! As always, thank you for the support and the compliments. Vladimir Kalashnikov I grew up watching the Super Friends. For me, Aquaman was always on par with the Flash and even Green Lantern (who was one of my top two superheroes growing up). Have you read any of the Geoff Johns Aquaman stories? I think Aquaman is a character with potential. He just needs some solid writers. I bet the upcoming Throne of Atlantis DC animated movie will help to change some attitudes about his character.

Arkham89 - The Batmobile Yeah, I've always felt he was a very underrated & underused character, and when he was used he was a victim of some pretty sub-par writing from what i've heard. It's kinda the way I feel about Martian Manhunter.

excellent review,..... but i am one of those Batman fans that have never really seen the show, more so for the fact that i just don't like the idea of the show... here is where i get the riot act.. maybe its what they did to Tim, and more so that i like my Batman in the here and now.. maybe i will give the show a chance. your review has me wanting to check it out though.. great job as always!

watch a few episodes and give the show a try, if you don't like it, you don't like it. I can totally understand why people wouldn't like it, Bruce Wayne isn't Batman, etc....

Rob! Believe it or not, I always think of you when I watch Return of the Joker. Poor Tim Drake doesn't exactly have the happiest of endings. I totally get why a Drake fan would be apprehensive about the show. I also prefer my Batman in the "here and now" but I do prefer the Beyond scenario over the Dark Knight Rises (or even the Dark Knight Returns) as one possible future. I can almost see all of it taking place after the potential Kingdom Come storyline. I also agree with Bruce Timm - Bruce Wayne's story is ongoing. He will never die!! I guess that's why I like his take on Batman's future. Plus..DUDE...Kevin Conroy! In my opinion, he is Batman! I always appreciate you watching, buddy. Take it easy.

I totally love this series and this Batmobile. As it is a futuristic flying car, so it is in my top10 of Batmobiles. I like the details of the model, but for my taste, the size compared to the size of the other Eaglemoss models is a disappointment. It is a little bit to small. I have the same problem with the 1992 TAS-mobile from Eaglemoss, which is normally one of my most favorite Batmobiles.

I love this version, I like the 3d background, but the cover of the batmobile on the magzine looks awful!! so happy they went with the animated show version and not the toy that was released years ago, that version is terrible!!
