See first thing your BA is not completed yet Sabse phle ape ye check kro ki fee Jo submit Hui kis purpose ki wajhe se Hui. Agar degree ke liye Hui hai to wo automatically cancel ho kar refund ho jayega. Or mujhe screenshot mail karke diye. Let me check what is the problem
