the money that you see in social media (of influencers) is all scam. None of them share their "true earnings strictly from social media". Even if they do, they are phtoshopping. Else if influencers were earning high, then IT dept in India/IRS in USA will have sent notices to such "influencers" . They don't even earn a fraction compared to people who have jobs/business which is why they never get any tax notices & IT dept of countries dont care about those earnings bcoz they are not big enough. A developed country has high earnings in all professions, and more earnings on risky ventures and hard working conditions. Running a food business is much harder and risky than a white collar job in some office. As these occupations pay more, no one is looking down on the food stall operators and it is indicative of India developing. There will never be a need for MBAs or doctors or engineers or IAS etc. based on what the students aspire to get into. Save money, invest in good assets, engage in professions that are useful to people. Stop looking down on low skill jobs and stop focussing on status for getting married and vain "respect". Don't think I am an uneducated or unemployed person or a food stall owner. I knew these days were coming when I saw the abnormal rates of higher education and when the government of India announced more IITs and IIMs. As a professional engineer, I knew how few job opportunities are compared to candidates.

@@RangeethaRRK What I'm trying to say is that before getting admitted into an IIT or IIM, having previous work experience will be very helpful in landing you with a placement offer as you'll not be considered a novice or fresher and it'll boost your career. It could be any job, be it the lowest of the low position. What matters is work experience. You can't expect an employer to give you the position of a manager right away just after you completed your masters from an IIM unless you have a knack for the job. You'll have to start low and slowly go up the corporate ladder and reach your destined position.

I have seen many students develooing lethargic attitude after reaching college and totally rely upon iit tag. Also these stats include the students who are going for: gate, ms abroad, cat preparation, upsc preparation, reserved students(scoring half the marks of general students score),also some starting their own startups and some applying Offcampus. So stats are not totally correct but its true iit grads will have to face some heat and they wont get jobs easily if they just take iit tag as granted.

This is what we study & did hell lot of projects & assignments throughout the coursework. And you think the level of intellect of an IITian vs rest is on par that the salary distribution is justified!! Hell NO. Even the recruiters too know for what profile & the complexity of work they are coming to IITs, NITs, IIITs. Even we too don't care, if we're not getting opportunities in India then happily we may look for abroad offers. Eventually its the loss of that country, where its top engineers are working & running profits for other country!

No one talked about the impact of AI. I can see the impact of AI in my work. Now you need less people to do the same work. The direct impact of this is on the freshers. Companies are hiring less of freshers and leveraging more of AI.

Yeah it could be possible but what I noticed is that most of the placements are going within cse even iit dhanbad actually i live in dhanbad so some of them room around malls with their t shirt obviously to show off I asked them who is getting placed and they simply say only cse students are getting placed or civil students but their pakages are really low than cse even after they were deserving students , and you are wrong there are 60 % reserved seats 50% for sc st obc , women and 10% for ews and rest 40% seats are open seats

meanwhile me from a tier3 college got a 7lpa offer, also interned at a product based company 😂😂 skills matter karma hits back when they used reservation, i'm not able to join even with top score, while reserved people with very less score make it to tier1 colleges 🤡🤡

This is what happening Employers are going for lower tier institutes, if same company had hired you from IIT they have to offer you 15+lpa, it is Win Win situation for both the parties🙂🙂🙂

yes Accenture came to our college and offered 4.5lpa for ASE role, the same role for an nitian who got terrible skills got selected for 18lpa for same role 🤡 they'll realize when their company goes into losses in a quarter and think y it's happening 😂 but they still hire people with low to minimal skillset just becoz of top tier clg tag

@@csuryavanshi5976 Abhi ki sari nayi generation education loan leki MS karne ja rahi hai, waha koni bhi decent college se pass hone ke baad asani se $60k/year and above ki job milti hai, aur IIT se ho to easily above $100k/year starting Problem un logo ko ati hai just pure management me hai, aur company ke liye revenue generate nahi kar pate

Competitive exams are a scam in name of hunting for talented meritorious individuals. It favours select meritorious candidates and rest are reserved candidates with less hardwork or skills. My dad run a manufacturing n automation business for 30 years. His biggest 2 concerns: 1. Why Govt is scaring us for sealing every year ? Why police man are always there on the door asking for charity? 2. Why India shut the import with China as no one the world can provide us raw material cheaper than them. What an idiot govt. not letting business and msmes thrive. I feel a bunch of foolish, emotionally unstable people are shouting INDIA INDIA, these are the same people who feel high after listen the news that something bad happened to the neighboring countries of India.
