I tried it today. Turned out amazing. Amazed that the ONLY regular spice is the red chilly powder. NEVER imagined that subcontinent, Muslim dishes can be prepared with one spice. Great.

Excellent recipe. Used it many times and loved it. People need to understand that less masala leads to greater taste when it comes to biryani. Spicy biryani is a misnomer and contradiction in terms. Thanks for giving us an authentic recipe.
