If you combine loot boxes with the one that randomizes towers upon upgrading (within a range of the price of this tower after upgrading), you could do a "loot boxes with upgrading" challenge that would be reasonably difficult still. If you wanted, you could even set a personal rule like only being able to ranfomize each tower once through upgrading

No dread balloon has 4 stages where each stage he is immune to one of the 4 types of towers. When you get to the stage where he’s immune to magic the sticky bomb would not do ANY damage to dread balloon and you would lose.
