I love this transcription, but my brain does not like playing in C#, Db is a much easier key for me to read. otherwise, I love it, especially the "Just play notes" in the tenor part 🤣

It's easier than you think since everything its BMaj just play everything sharp unless said otherwise! I did that and played through most of it without a mistake! Best of luck! Edit: I play trumpet and said C# instead of B

The fermata/hold pause could be replaced by 2 measures. You need those 2 measures if you add the drum fill.
