Jah Save Us. I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets a lump in her throat hearing that in the final number of this magnificent concert, Lucky is asking for protection from gunmen entering his neighborhood.
I do have a few more songs to remaster and upload from this concert, which by now you know took place at Bay Street in Sag Harbor, NY, on July 8, 1990.
Give thanks as always to staff and crew and to my viewers, who return month after month and year after year to keep Lucky's spirit, not only alive, but growing.

I grew up listening to Lucky Dube more in the island than Bob Marley. He’s a legend in my life. Now I’m living in the US and listening to Lucky Dube always bring back childhood memory of the island. Jah bless.

This is my Big Brother's Zubi favorite song. He used to play it every morning. When I was living with him at Agege Lagos. He would make me tea before I go to school. He died two years ago. He was my favorite Brother ❤and I missed him so much. It's crazy because I dreamed about him last night. I clicked on KZbin, this song pumped up. Probably trying to speak with me. Love you Brother.
