@@jisooinyourarea6751 loona debut project was the company will choose a girl every month and will made her debut as a soloist an then after a 12 girls debuted as a soloist loona will debut as a full group so gowon was into loona and was a fan of the girls who already made their debut so she joined blockberry and debuted as a soloist only after 3 weeks of training and then olivia who is also a fan of loona joined loona and then loona debuted as a full group in 2018 ( their debut project started in 2016)

@@jisooinyourarea6751 so basically they debuted heejin, hyunjin, haseul, yeojin & vivi as solo, then made loona 1/3 out of those members, then they debuted jinsoul, kim lip & choerry as solo, then made loona odd eye circle out of those members, then finally debuted yves, chuu, gowon & olivia hye as solo, then made loona yyxy. after they made all of these subunits they put them together to make the 12 member group they are today. as gowon and olivia hye were part of the last subunit, it meant that they were basically added later, meaning they probably saw the previous loona members promoting their solos. i hope this wasnt too confusing haha
