Those fish with their stomach and eyes bulging out . Probably came up from a 600 to a 1000 feet of water . I've seen this a 2-300 feet also ! Sadly most don't survive if thrown back ! There are descending rigs and fish venting tools that are now law in Florida to have on board the boat . It's the change in pressure that causes this ! Oh . And that tuna ! Is worth closer to $50,000 !
