I decided not to because the damage window is shorter if you don't insta-break (but still don't block TPs), I believe insta is 12s and any later is 10s, so the point was to keep every test consistent in length

Testing doesn't exactly give Peacekeepers a fair shot with optimal conditions considering both Tarrabah and Manticore can have their meters pre-prepped with the adds. Lucky Pants also has a soft limit on it's perk that makes it possible to attempt quick swapping between two hand cannons, so it's be interesting to see how two burst fire HCs (for instance, Warden's Law with the Maahes world drop HC) or any HC with Erianna's would fare in separate testing.

Idk if I was doing it wrong, but with 2 hand cannons, they share the timer. That means you can quickly stack to 10x with Wardens, then swap to Eriana’s for heavy hitting 10x shots. It does not appear to be possible to maintain the buff by swapping two HCs at 6x tho, unless you swap to heavy before your second HC

I did actually discover that by happenstance when I initially tried the quick-swap.- -but since bungie fixed that, I'm pretty sure the timer resets every swap, so I can imagine two heavy bursts swapping every three shots, or a 120 and Erianna's having little trouble with the x6 buff.- -still worth looking into, IMO...- EDIT: double checked, and it turns out I was wrong, it does stay even when switched as you said...

@@Eternal_Tinsel This is one of my new favorite ways to bully barrier champions. The ignition from popping barriers with Eriana's appears to gain the Lucky Pants damage buff so at 10x stacks the ignition will likely kill the champion.

I need to see a Braytech Werewolf with rewind rounds, kinetic tremor with actium war rig. It seems that kinetic tremor works with rewind rounds as well, resulting in being able to generate a full mag -> no reload

Lucky Pants with TLW is REALLY good paired with a Breachload GL. Obviously this just test each weapon but running & gunning, continued damage, champions etc. It's AWESOME allows you to reproc the perk & keep smashing out the yeehaw. I wasn't convinced by Peacekeepers x Manticore however again. Running through the story, GM's, Onslaught Salvation etc etc etc haha. It REALLY holds up! Especially on Void Titan with Controlled Demo & Offensive Bullwark(?) The OS Aspect. Shield Throw x Scatter Grenades. You can throw your Shield if you need to get your OS back up, Scatter nade leaves everything open for Manticore clean ups. I didn't think much of it, wasn't expecting much from it but it's now saved in my loadouts haha.

Not a high damage thing, but manticore with stompee5 and either prismatic or strand hunter can tank an absurd amount of damage after the overshield buffs. I think prismatic is better with the resist fragment + woven mail on orb pickup + the stompee5 30% resist. People assume I'm a pvp sweat throwing until I'm reviving them over and over lol. Wouldn't use it in a GM but does legend lost sectors just fine.

@joshriker4173 Hadn't thought of that! That's a lot of DR! You could potentially stack it too. Have you tried the Ascension Chest? You get resist, get a jolt kill with a heavy swap to Manticore, pick up orbs for Woven Mail! You're amplified with the Arc Resist, Woven Mail AND an OS!

@pirate_duck4985 yeah in this week's GM I duo'd it 4 times with a rimecoat friend. I used gifted conviction on prismatic with thunderlord and voltshot undercurrent. Didn't use ascension aspect, and leaned more into extra DR. Tether for overshield on orb pickup, Winters shroud for dr after dodging, threaded specter for pseudo invis, arcbolt grenade with jolt fragment for another way to apply jolt for gifted conviction dr, and then shuriken melee to apply slow so i can get dodge back faster with a utility kickstart as well. Didn't realize how much that build was carrying me until I tried warlock and got killed over and over by stuff that never endangered my hunter. Safe to say that build earned a loadout slot lol

Main issue I have with peacekeepers as a dps tool is that no matter what constellation of gun combinations you use it won't be better than just using outbreak by itself. And you only get on paar DMG by using two SMGs so that the buff doesn't run out. That's with giving up your special, exotic slot and needing to be close range (at least on console). So no matter what happens it will never be better than just using an outbreak. Doesn't mean you can't make fun builds with it and have a bunch of fun in neutral game. Just that I don't think you should focus on the primary dps itself.

If you are using outbreak in a raid damage scenario it's cause you are out of everything. For GMs and stuff you'd likely have longer time so you'd be able to fully proc manticore or ravenous beast, and for riskrunner you'd be taking damage to have up arc conductor the whole time each of these gives damage resistance so I think PK is in an alright spot.

​@@jekkin8972Yarovit MG4, Cold Front and Parabellum are the only SMG which can roll with that combination. Cold Front has the highest damage frame and soon Dawning will come so u can perhaps farm that stasis smg. Mind that Parabellum has a higher base range and the almost double the base reload speed of the previous ones. It has to be seen if it's better a high damage low RPM like Cold Front or a high RPM lower damage like Parabellum

You could have done much better with Manti if you pre-charged the meter. Manti's buff caps out at 100% and stacks with the peacekeepers buff multiplicatively I believe. Also, theres probably a handful of legendary smgs that could do well also, especially if you swapped between 2

I’ve been saying this forever, but hierarchy rings should buff other bows with the tracer rounds and a draw time decrease. It should also have an escalating chance to create warmind cells, which bring back the old interaction with it.

Is there any additional way to get any faster reload? You were like 3 frames off from keeping PK x20 with Huckleberry. I think Osteo could have kept stacks as well if you were closer, the travel time seemed the biggest issue. And c'mon man, you gotta test Fighting Lion with the volatile buff (it'll still suck, but I gotta know).

It's a primary? These guns all have infinite ammo, outbreak doesn't require an exotic armor piece or knowledge so that's what makes it a good baseline.
