Quite solid 50/50 for the built up, I'd say its best start is getting tails for that first energy and maximizing the agro. Downside is that fossil Pokémon are different before it can do much. The 70 bursts with next turn can't attack is good counter for those high retreat. Fighting, Normal and Steel (though Melmetal is like the only candidate there to have high retreat cost) definitely its hunting list for this deck knowing they have a lot of high-cost retreat. I don't think I have seen any videos with Tauros built yet, its a nice emergency button play for getting two point and extra damage to EX.

I built a deck similar to this after your chatot gyarados video! I run a single chatot, omastar line and 1 copy of baby aerodactly. I've also messed with running dual energy with all fossils. Its really funny jank, but it can consitently get stage 2. Its nice because Chatot doesnt even need to attack more than once most of the time. ESPECIALLY because red card has been phased out for the most part

the fossils are to thin the deck and have more chances of drawing what you need... but I do agree that omastar really needs these potions.
