I have joined in IT company before 11 months. I completed successfully a project of 8 months.then I got second project from last month.In this I have lots of work load and burden.So I told to manager to decrease my work load.But, he throw me PIP(1month) task and That task is not relevant to my previous work.Now What can I Do sir..Give me some suggestion.

Sir, if I leave Amazon after 1 year will other companies ask about the carrier gap or not?. Not at all satisfied with Amazon. I want to learn Automation and want to switch.. Please guide me sir.
