It is really sad how unforgiving life can be if you don't respect it and take it for granted. This young woman is pretty, intelligent, educated, an extremely good story -teller and her demeanor shows she is essentially a kind person. I wonder what evils she did in her early years that set her on this path because that's what they never want to talk about... 'Go placidly amid the noise and haste and remember what peace there may be in silence....As far as possible, be at peace with the world..'Desiderata!!!

You must learn to listen properly, all your interviews you keep asking the people to repeat themselves or you interrupt when they are speaking, it is already difficult for them to tell their story, just allow them to speak then ask questions afterwards
