Thanks. Not sure the lady in red is called Gemma. That was meant to be the name for the new director lady, in the image, at start but got her name wrong. It is Gintare Budriunaite.

@@XposinDundee The ones who are able to provoke negative reactions from the people they are filming do - and let's be honest, it's the negative reactions that viewers want to see and the auditors hope to provoke. There's no entertainment value in videos where nothing happens because the auditor is ignored and just left to get on with it, and every auditor is very well aware of this.
