@michaelwakeford2336 Жыл бұрын
Yes, it’s always, “Lessons will be learned, (woff, woff, woff,)” etc. That is what they say every single time they get caught red handed after having conveniently chosen to ignore all the warnings, even when the rest is that they have a serial killer amongst them. The next time they get caught it’ll be the same four meaningless words uttered on mic with the same expectation that if the words, “Lessons will be learned,” that nothing will ever need to be said about it again and the parents of the murdered children wil be really thrilled because their murdered child cause more lessons to be learned. I’m 72 years old and for over 50 years I have consistently heard about these game changing lessons that are going to be learned, on Fantasy Island, I presume. Speaking of presumptions, are we to presume that this incident was limited in its consequences because the National Stealth Service had leaned so many wonderful lessons following the Beverley Allit case, decades ago? Believe me, there are plenty of evil murdering maniacs in the NHS. The worst serial killer in UK history was a UK doctor, Harold Shipman, for a start. I therefore suggest that lessons will never be learned in the NHS and I have just presented that evidence I this very paragraph. I rest my case. My advice to the public is take an armed guard with you whenever you visit a NHS hospital in the UK because the chances are that there may well be a serial killer doctor or nurse attending to you. It ain’t going to get any better because lessons will never be learned. That’s just another fob-off statement that they use every single time they get caught. Part of why we constantly find this happening in the medical profession is firstly, because most medical practitioners are dehumanised deliberately from the moment they start their training, and secondly because they tend to develop a God complex within a very short time once they’re qualified. It was nurses and doctors who started the Nazi genocide by murdering babies, in 1938. There’s plenty of film of them actually doing it and guess what, they were smiling and singing lullabies to them whilst they were poisoning them. Coincidental? My arse, was it!!! Denial is absurd. Within the medical profession murder is endemic and they normally get clean away with it due to collaboration and protection by closing ranks with each other. I used to work in that, “Profession,” so I ought to know what they’re like and believe me, they hide behind a smokescreen of probity and decency, just like the priests do in the churches.

This is a systemic problem of managers who neither have the competence or the integrity to function at the level at which they are employed. They act in their own self interest and the interest, as they see it, of the organistation paying their fat salary. This is an extreme example of something that you can see every day in the public sector. Managers who keep their heads down and think their role is to do what makes the organisation look good... no criticism tolerated. In that scenario, lessons are never learned. Perhaps part of the solution is for organisations to demonstrate to independant bodies how their systems are alert and accommodating to scenarios put to them during random inspections. Hence they don't learn lessons, but they show they have thought about many potential scenarios and they have the plan in place to ensure it is sorted. In other words Management!

Having worked in several nhs hospitals for years, we could write books about the stuff that goes on including about some of those managers. Its been a well known fact that u really do need to kill someone before u get sacked. There's this culture that managers are afraid to deal with rogue staff, such as Letby, that's why she got away with it for so long. I never understood why those managers didn't do what they're paid to do and suspend a staff member with immediate effect while they're being investigated but this just doesn't happen. So now its come to this. and all those poor babies who were murdered and injured and their families suffering. The managers that worked with Letby are also complicit. They failed cause they had a duty of care to protect those babies from Letby as soon as the doctors and nurse colleagues raised concerns about her, she should have been suspended with immediate effect.
@Drjones1037 Жыл бұрын
What would it take to get a public inquiry, if this case doesn’t meet the criteria I don’t know what would. The public inquiry into an ecoli outbreak in Wales led by Lord Pennington followed the tragic death of a child as a result of an outbreak of ecoli from schools being supplied with contaminated cooked meat. I would argue that there is a significant public protection interest in this case due to systemic failure in safeguarding measures which allowed a serial killer to murder defenceless babies even after colleagues whistleblowing. All members of parliament should push for a public inquiry, one of the senior managers is living in retirement in the South of France, all involved must be compelled to attend and the police investigation should not stop at this vile women but should now focus on individuals who turned a blind eye and were more interested in following HR processes and appeasing the nursing union. It’s such a shocking case which will lead to lack of confidence in those who are charged in caring for the most vulnerable.

Let us hope that this is not a miscarriage of justice and someone else or others are actually to blame. As far as i am aware from my experience in the nhs it requires two nurses or a nurse and doctor to administer any medication especially via injection or intravenously or added to an IV bag and all of that is from a legal document the prescription sheet and both are required to sign it as administered. So where and who was the second person in each case. Even drawing up medication into syringes is covered by the two person protocol.
