Thank you for this, they're acting like she's atrocious (she's not, she's fifteen!! ) - I too, thought she looked stunning, she has so much of her life ahead of her as well, so much space to grow in herself, and her dancing. The one's tearing her down are doing so from a place of jealousy, on top of thinly-veiled racism.

The lady grasped the form but sadly not the essence. Maybe it's asking too much of a 15-year old dancer, but Grigorovich's choreography doesn't brook mediocre performers. Ms Qian should've probably chosen a less challenging piece that would've allowed her to showcase her talents.
