Hi there Great reaction to Lucy, she is English and has been singing since she was 7 years old. Her first video was "The Colours of the Wind" which she recorded at 9 years old she sang this when she was 17 she is now 19.Lucy is the best female vocalist in the world today Her voice is perfection Her Vibrato is just amazing. When Lucy was 13 she was introduced to award winning song writer and owner of Cavendish records Chris Broom Chris said that he thought Lucy had the potential to become one of The greatest female vocalist of all times and that she had the rare ability to bring the audience into the song He asked Lucy to record a song he had just written Which she did it is called "One Day" you will find it on her premier album. At 14 Lucy was a semi finalist on the Voice Kids UK after which Chris offered her a record contract. she is still with Chris today. and has released 4 Albums to date and is working on a 5th. Chris Boom is writing a musical for Lucy to Star in and it is due to open next year in London´s West End the home of Musical Theatre. It was due to open last year but was delayed by Covid and also due to the fact that Lucy was still at school and could not work on it. Lucy has pre released some of the songs from the musical namely "Broken Dreams" ,"Starlight", Suddenly" "Gentle Breeze " "One Day" which can be found on her channel Lucy Thomas Music. Lucy has covered many of the iconic singers and made their songs her own. She has millions of views on KZbin. Her most viewed song Hallelujah has 60million views over 2 You Tube Channels. This has been used in the Movie On a Wing and a Prayer Staring Dennis Quade .Her latest Original release is "A Brand New Day" which is the Theme song to a forthcoming TV series. Lucy´s latest release is a cover Barbara Streisand's "Evergreen" Which she blows out of the water. Hi Dwight ! New Subscriber n lucky that I saw u reviewing Lucy. Hang onto your seat because this girl/young lady is destined to crush all before her as far as performances are concerned. YES, she was on Britain’s THE VOICE 5 yrs ago as a 14 yr old n sang a very good but safe MOON RIVER. I say safe with respect because she had to sell her voice not her appearance n appeal to the camera. I only know because after listening to her in the last 6-12 months. And yes she hit me like a SLEDGEHAMMER. I then said to myself I just had to find out more about her n that’s when I found out re The Voice. She had 2 chairs turnaround but made it to the Semi Final which I didn’t see. NOW, SHE IS THE BIGGEST THING TO HAPPEN TO MUSIC SINCE THE BEATLES. I’m almost 70 n have heard Barbara Streisand ( Luck smashed 2 of her songs-“The Way We Were” and “ EVERGREEN “ I believe she at the very least , equaled that of Barbara Streisand. YOU MUST LISTEN TO HER ON BOTH SONGS , then you’ll be lured to every song she’s done! She is lined up to do a TV series n also a MUSICAL CALLED ROSIE, where she , at 19, is the featured performer. Every song she sings she simply annihilates the previous singer. It is not really fair to others , haha, because she is the ultimate singer. As I said, she’s done covers of Streisand Whitney, as well as do The Prayer, Desperado, a duet with her sister Martha who is also brilliant but 4? Years younger n THEN the two daughters got with their mother n did SMILE. WOW, mum has given them some great talent/genes re music. They are also beautiful, n just seem so mature n grounded. Martha has done a few duets with Lucy. You think this song is good???? …. Like I said , strap yourself in n Let Lucy take you into a mystic, mesmerising , n hypnotising journey out of this world into another Galaxy. SHE IS MAGNIFICENT YES we are blessed to hear such smooth crystal clear sounds that lift you higher n higher n then bring you down so softly but still in a strong power mode yet it’s like you are com down with her voice onto a cloud. She is AN ANGEL. She looks so beautiful in a very young refreshing way without all the weird hairdos n jewellery etc. She looks a million $’s n sounds even better. I never thought much of the song EVERGREEN by B. Streisand, n that’s not being disrespectful, it was sung beautifully by Streisand but LUCY HAS GOT A HOLD OF IT N MADE IG HERS. It’s now one of my all time fav songs. I’m nearing 70 so I’ve heard a great number of female singers n this lady has them ALL COVERED! Dwight, make a diary note of the first time you heard Lucy because Lucy will be known all around the World as I believe, our greatest female singer since ???? , how far back does recording go haha. I’ve got most of her songs on my Spotify list n I’m extremely grateful to hear her in my lifetime before I kick the bucket WHAT A SUPERSTAR 👌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌹👏👏👏😊

Hey Dude....Love the energy of your reaction, though I do wait for a second reaction to Lucy before I subscribe. Though I certainly did give you a like! Anyways, her latest release even blows my mind (Evergreen, by Barbra originaly) and have been watching her since before Christmas....So you can go on a great trip and start with some of her earlier covers at age 14 or 15, or just jump to the present, her being 19, and even more amazing in All possible ways yet....and where will She go from here - hard to even imagine!

You are in for a treat. You will see that her presentation and voice will change to match the type of song. "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" (rock) sound is different from her theater pieces like "Starlight" and "At Last" Jazzy. Also a little country with "10,000 Hours". To see where she gets her singing genes, don't miss "Smile". Her most famous song "Hallelujah" was used in the movie "On a Wing and a Prayer". She has also recorded a theme song for an upcoming TV show. She also sings with her sister, who is 5 years younger. Everything she sings is perfect. You sir have just discovered one of the best ( if not the best) voices in music today. Lucy is from the UK and is now 19 years old. In this video i think she was about 16 or 17. Please do more of her. Latest release is "Evergreen" from A Star Is Born original movie from the 70's. Barbra Streisand did the original. Check it out. It is fabulous.

Lucy was 19 on Feb 21 2023 she has been singing since she was 7, been with the same voice coach, recorded her first song at 9 followed up at 10 with RUN, at 11 LET IT GO, at 13 she appeared on UK's kids voice, was into the semi Finalist, and as a result she was signed to a record contract at 14 with Cavendish Records in UK yes she is British and has recorded about 60 songs on 4 CD's And she is currently co producing and will sing the lead in the upcoming West London Musical ROSIE in fall of 2024, she is also in College, her second year. Her latest cover is EVERGREEN,,.....and GREATEST LOVE of ALL. she has an original sung for an upcoming TV series, un named BRAND NEW DAY !!!!
