There are never enough superlatives to encapsulate the good things I can say about her. Lucy is a special and exceptional young women. She is beyond just talented. Great reaction, Monica. Lucy is one of those rare people who know what they want to do in life as a young child and has dedicated her life to pursuing that "moment in time." She has also had the benefit of extremely good parenting and guidance in that pursuit. Every song she does is inspirational.

Hi, Monica. FYI, this song was written by Albert Hammond and John Bettis for the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, South Korea. Whitney Houston sang it, and it was so loved that it became the unofficial anthem of the Olympics that year. Anyone who has ever given their all to achieve something of great value to themselves and their loved ones understands the sentiment of this wonderful song.

I’m a 69-year old man. But Lucy’s magnificent voice, her physical expressiveness of the song, and her amazing aura just overwhelm me with emotion. I am so proud of her (and extraordinary younger sister Martha) for what they’ve been able to accomplish in their young lifetimes!

Hi Monica. Great to see you back with Lucy she is imo.the best female vocalist in the World today. Lucy had a concert in London´s West End in Oct where she sang 21 songs had 9 standing ovations and recieved a 5 star review from the musical press. She is starring in a new musical written for her opening in the UK next year. What a great rendition of this iconic song and as always Lucy made it her own best version I have ever heard. Lucy´s lates solo release is "I dreamed a Dream" from Les Mis. and what a fabulous performance it is ,please react to it.
