Yep and it's still going on.A GBNEWS correspondent claimed on Sunday morning that nursing colleagues or Lucy had repeatedly complained to management that she was unsafe to work with.This is completely false.Lucy was respected by her nursing colleagues and they still support her.

The jury could go online and look at all the tabloid hatred bs but now during the trial their not supposed to look at the new yorker article. It's disgusting shes not getting an appeal.

I imagine that key staff were acutely aware that no.s were higher than usual & perfectly reasonably sought an explanation, albeit subconsciously & privately. As circumstances developed, it will have dawned on one or more key staff that they were being offered a way out. The idea will have slowly coalesced over time. The initiators (whoever they were) may not have articulated the idea to others, or even to themselves, but grasped the opportunity as it arose. Much more likely than the idea of a serial killer, especially one nobody ever saw or who left no evidence…

I think their were worried about their own incompetence being flagged up. The Asian doctor ( sorry can't remember his name) is lying and knows he's lying.

Thanks for your continued work for this case Mark. I find it much more likely that senior consultants and managers scapegoated her, it happens all the time and seems very supported by commenters who work in hospitals. She may have done it. But I’m only seeing spurious statistical evidence and no thorough analysis. We just want truth and justice. Yes. Chaos, not safe for babies, sewage etc.

Hello Mark, I have a couple of questions about the pro-innocence argument and wondered if you could give brief answers? First, what is the defence explanation for the insulin in the bag and the allegation that Lucy Letby amended the medical records of that same baby? Second, what is the defence answer to the allegation that Lucy Letby amended the medical records of other babies? Thanks.

There was no insulin found in any bag, it was just a theory. They didn't even find elevated insulin levels in the babies blood, just a marker which could indicate that it had been there even though a lab worker flagged a mistake in another test months previously. Nursing records can't be amended, only added to.

It was another girl who set up the insulin bag for that child and then the bag was changed after Lucy left because of blocked line. So unless she spiked a random bag in the cupboard and got lucky, it's just nonsense. Listen to the podcast.

To be fare, the authorities and the powers that be, need to bring damning evidence. It all needs to be brought out in the open. From personal experience, I nearly ended up in prison, for something I didn’t do. I can understand how someone can be found guilty when innocent. It becomes a roller coaster of; maybe he/she did, probably did, perhaps not, possibly did e.t.c. One moment you’re greeting the police at your door, then you’re interviewed, then you’re at this court, that court, meeting with your solicitor (who is just earning money, prolonging the thing, to earn more), before you know it crown court. During this process (22 months in my case), you have been punished, because you couldn’t work, due to legalities. From what I know, I can’t personally convict LL. However I don’t know all the details. It needs to be made clear, like I mentioned before!

The New Yorker article is driving Lucy Letby Reddit thread crazy. Lucy haters are mad about the article because it is painting Lucy and her innocence in a positive light.

Having read it twice, I am absolutely baffled that she was convicted. How in God’s name can circumstantial evidence stand up against this?! Sadly, I can’t find an equally compelling article for the other side. Please share one if it exists.
