Sorry about the two typos. It's christmas "TREE" worm, and restaurants that "SERVE" shark fins.

Why not just let fish live? Even sustainable "seafood" (aka ocean LIFE) don't want to die any more than the endangered species.
@WanderingLucy4 жыл бұрын
You are right. I have been vegan for 2 years now.
@SavageDragon9994 жыл бұрын
Sustainable seafood sometimes is a better way than going vegan. To be a vegan you'll need at least 4.000 m2 of land to grow enough plants to feed you. That's 4000 m2 of land destroyed to turn into farmland. All the birds and animals living there will be dislocated. If you go out and fish yourself, you do not destroy any habitat of wild animals and you only take 1 fish to eat.
@WanderingLucy4 жыл бұрын
@@SavageDragon999 If you eat meat you're going to demand much larger land to grow things, not to mention water. Please don't use your privilege to judge other people's lifestyle since it's impossible for every human on earth to fish for themselves. If they all magically do so that won't be much better than commercial fishing anyways. Plus toxins accumulate in fish as well.

@@WanderingLucy I was replying to the comment asking why not let fish live and not eat them. All the local people in Raja Ampat are all fishermen and fish is pretty much all they eat, so I am explaining to her why applying her views here do not work. Also I said sustainable seafood SOMETIMES is better than going vegan. Maybe learn to understand the text before getting offended and triggered for no reason. You as a tourist come to RA to look at pretty fish but that doesn't mean you can ask the locals to stop eating fish.
@WanderingLucy4 жыл бұрын
@@SavageDragon999 I didn't ask anyone to stop eating anthing. And where does it show that I'm "triggered"? I'm simply providing facts just like you did. Please don't start attacking people just because they tell the otherside of the story.
