How can a song, with no lyrics, transport you, evoke happiness, sadness, love, fear, hope. I really hope I get to go to an Einaudi concert one day, his music never fails to give me goosebumps, and this might be my favourite song.

this song, i don’t know how to explain it but. this song makes you feel alive again. like everything you felt like happiness grace heavenly feelings this song makes you feel like your above ground and high to the sky, and when it goes quiet your slowly falling back down to family and friends pets with glory happiness no bad feelings. while you run to them and apologize for everything, it’s just that feeling the thoughts you think during this song makes it feel so surreal , i just love it thank you so much for this song.

Words do hurt a lot, and a continuance of this will drive suicidal thoughts and depression. But depression happened for some reason. Maybe I was just a little suicidal, but of course I would never have done that. I am happy with who I am now, someone happy

Art is not defined this simply. It can be with words. What about poetry? Would you say that it's not art? Through words you can convey emotion just like with sounds. Art is the emotion you bring forth from within yourself. Wether you use words, music or pictures. It is still art.

@@fabiolaysaba634 bro you could at least google translate this, it’s an english discussion not spanish. but i also have to disagree. if you play a chord or a note is not music, music only comes from the production of harmony, mixed with rythm and melody (except from some cases) in order to produce music it would have to make sense, or harmony. of course there are several kinds of harmony and music outside western, but sounds from the universe never formed music. Humans didn’t invent anything in the end. the matter that forms computers always existed, as the sounds and frequencies that make music. Humans didn’t invent these things, but they didn’t find them either.

This really hits different when you listen to it through headphones, just sat with your eyes closed in the middle of the night, just listening to the music. For some reason, I just imagine then ending scene of a film in which the city is burning to the ground and I picture everybody trying to run away or protect their children or fight the fire as the music goes on, but most importantly , I picture a girl stood on the roof of one of the skyscrapers playing the violin part in the rain while around her the city burns down. I makes me feel some kind of way I can’t explain, like I’m disconnected from my body or something. It truly is an experience

Yes because it takes people away from the level of intellectual mind into feeling. There is a hurdle in human conaciousness at this point. Most people never get over it themselves as it requires significant dedicatrion to go inwards into the heart. Music is an easy way for someone else to transport you there Into the heart. Into unconditional love which is the essence of our True Being beyond the sense of who we are and who we have built ourselves up to be. I am a meditation teacher and lifelong musician. As One. Sound is next to Silence. Namaste 🙏🏻

The best 6 min of my life. I closed my eyes as the music started and the memories of my mother started flowing in. The way she smiled, laughed, held me and the way she way she showed her excitement. Been almost 2 years and I still miss her. Still miss her everyday. This journey of 6 min was fantastic. I felt her presence. I know i cannot get this feeling again by listening to this again. By the time I reached the end of this Master piece, this came to my mind. "I didn't understand your value and role you played in my life. I could have been a better son but I was not mature enough to understand you. The current me would have been a better son. You had to leave me for me to mature. I wouldn't have become a man if you hadn't left me. Thank you for everything. You'll always be alive in my world". I still don't understand why I ended up typing so much here but I had to share it out. If there is anyone like me who's searching for answers where is no question, I hope you find peace.

This song makes me imagine an old man on a rocking chair going through the photo albums of his life . How he started as a kid ; carefree , joyful and cheery . Then he grew up and met the love of his life , had ups and downs , had children , watched them grow , watched them leave , watched his love taking last breath . And now he is the same him as he started ; ALONE . He's nostalgic about reminiscing the past , feeling anger , happiness , love , hate , fear , joy and ..... suddenly it's calm again . He says goodbye to this world just to start a new journey somewhere else !

I remember the first time I heard this song. I was at the hospital near to my grandma. She was right about to go under surgery for a brain tumour. And this exact piece from the concert was on TV, and I captivated by the beauty of it. I tried to find the song afterwards checked the whole broadcast stream from that day. She survived that surgery, but she passed away a couple of years later. Whenever I listen to this song, I remember that moment near the hospital bed. Time flies, and we got lost in some moments because of feeling worry and anxious and when we look at the past this little moments, memories are all we got

I like how the tune starts slow like it represents a baby being born. Nothing is happening yet. Then as the hypothetical person's life progresses so does the urgency of the tunes (representing childhood, teenagehood and adulthood) before it begins to slow down again, which I think represents old age. Then it becomes reaaaaaallllllllyyy slow again like the first time, which I think the life slowly coming to a close before it fully comes to a stop which obviously represents death.
