I taught myself this. 80% is done well but the last bit is so hard!! Looking forward to the last 5%. :-) His pause and tempo is so so so good. Played with feeling love and and it's....his.

+Daniel Devlin It really shouldnt take for long, I played piano for a long time and learned this in one day of " hard working " didnt have anything else to do so.. yeah. I mean i still had to made it a little more perfect but i was able to play the whole piece fluently. So for you if you work hard and willingly I really think you can do it in one month or less, depending on how much time you have :)

It's not necessary difficult to play, the hard part is the feeling in the song. However, as a first piano song, I wouldn't do something like Ludovico :P

The start of the rhythm is a little low, it sort of chokes the throat a little bit but as it progresses there’s an element of understanding and playful harmony and finally the song fades away as if it made us realise a domain of acceptance giving us a feel if there’s some beyond interpretation to that journey. I pray that you find a reason to be grateful for this music of life. I pray the low notes of life progresses in a understanding and playful harmony 🙏

yeah einaudi has the power to create simple songs but bring so much feeling in it that the songs are powerfull as hell. It usually doesnt take me very long to learn one of his songs, but to master it is a different story :P

I come back to this live version if this beautiful piece of music every once in a while, because it's the most beautiful song I've ever heard. Especially this version makes me cry almost every time I hear it, because you can literally feel the emotions ludovico has while playing it. It touches my heart in so many ways, I can't describe it. I just feel so incredibly happy hearing it. I hope one day he comes to germany, I will try everything to get a ticket to hear him live. I am so glad I learned this song successfully on piano, even if I can't play it remotely as beautiful as him. Maybe some day, if I keep playing it almost daily. Thank you Ludovico, for this beautiful piece of art, that I can listen to for the entire rest of my life.

I heard Moonlight Sonata as a child Emily Klempt and it had the same effect on me and I-persuaded my dad to get a piano and after about two I was able to play it. I have only recently discovered Einaudi and love his work. This is one of my favourites and I am currently learning it. He is an absolute genius.
