M W In USA? No idea. The best would be individual classes with any teacher by the suzuki method. But if you wanna speed the process you could start googling how to read sheet music (for the violin you just need to learn the treble clef). I bet there are tons of tutorials online for free, if you have the patience and will to learn that by yourself (its basically memorizing notes, like when you learnt how to read words). That way when you start classes with a teacher you will be able to read the methods/sheets and save some time (and money 😉). Good luck!
