as a gc, your improvement is acc crazy for just 24 hours. when I first played, I placed in bronze 2 lmao. and dw about hitting air dribbles lol, it usually takes 100+ hrs to get even close to semi-consistent with them.

As someone who loves fgs and loved your tekken vids, rocket league is a crazy different world but its sooo satisfying to get proficient in, its so nice being fully in control of all the tools at hand

Also especially in lower ranks, people have ball cam on all the time (or way too much) instead of switching on and off. They literally can't see you 90% of the time they hit you. Lol

GC here - so happy to see you give rocket league a try! Melee was my first esports / competitive gaming love and RL is the only game that has scratched the itch in the same way. Hope you keep playing!

Dude, I absolutely loved this video. I literally have over a thousand hours and learned a few different things and mechanics from your video. 24 hours this is an insane amount of improvement and you can go far with even very basic mechanics. Seeing as how I am a champ 3 and really only know how to basic air dribble. Very well edited and love this as well as your regular content.

Rocket league is such a sad story for me. I bought it when it first came out cuz i thought it was a funny concept, but none of my friends wanted to play it so i dropped it. And now all these years later it's a whole thing and apparently all my friends have started and subsequently ended their rocket league eras without me

I've been playing RL since launch and this was a great watch. Wish I could have been there for the stream to watch and give pointers. Laughed when you said you wanted to play ranked so you wouldn't get teammates who went AFK and quit. Also when you said you felt like you "weren't improving" after playing only 14 hours considering situational awareness is probably the most important skill in the game and something that you have to just grind out (unless you have a coach).
@jadonkendra35534 ай бұрын
As a gc who has thousands of hours, the progress is wild! The fact that you train just as much or more than playing games is such a huge thing players haven’t started doing till now. Another thing is that you make rocket league look easy to learn but the big thing is consistency and mastering every little thing and more.

Hey Ludvix! there's a new thing that's VERY popular and growing quicker and quicker like the Project M community, it's HDR (Hewdraw Remix) and its turns ULT into melee that makes EVERYONE have the sauce like Fox and Falco in Melee. Everyone works well and all changes are very nice and competitively done. I recommend you giving it a go. ALSO just wanna say been watching your videos for so long and you and other creators I watch gave me inspiration to make my own channel with a friend where we play old games and mess around like how you did with Papa Johns playing Melee together, I hope you could maybe try the game out. I know its such a rare chance you ever see this comment so yeah. To anyone reading this, have a great day :)

Took me a couple days to do my first air dribble. After a few weeks of me starting the game I started training them. But I’ve never seen anyone learn this as fast as you lmao that actually impressive man. Funny thing is this vid was posted 2 months ago, I started playing around 3 or 4 months ago. So we might be near the same rank. I peak at platt 2 rn. what’s your rank?

BRO YOUR IMPROVEMENT WAS INSANE and also this entire video you were very focused on mechanics but i honestly think you shouldve tried thinking about game awareness as well there were times you got scored on and blamed it on him being more mechanical instead of your positioning being very poor and not ready for anything he did all in all a great video and its taken me back to when i was a lower rank and helped my persoective change a lot you def got a new subscriber today and keep up the great work

If you want to get really good, some good training you can do is to do the training packs over and over again until you can nail all the shots/saves without having to reset a single shot. I spent 30 hours on the aerial training when I first started playing, restarting the entire pack if I missed even a single shot. It helped a ton with my shooting consistency early on.

Man I've been playing RL since 2020 and I STILL miss piss easy shots. Gotta say, you grinded a TON and learned to do air shots and position your car quite fast! That's a point to be proud of. Some tips if you want to pick up RL in the future: Try changing the camera configs! The default is kinda narrow and you might have better visuals with a wider FOV. Also disable camera shake. The controls have specific values for triggering double jumps or air dodges. It depends on your physical controller too so there's not a single config for everyone. Also even though its so cliché, try playing 2v2 with a friend! You can trash talk and still have a good game without worrying about score or rankings. I've had a lot of nights just playing by feel and talking about whatever and it was great. See you on the field!

Bro for only playing for a whole day. You should be proud of yourself. As someone that has been playing for 2k hours and is stuck in Champion, getting Gold 3 which is close to Platinum is really astounding. If you could keep up this pace like you did n the video then you could for sure reach up to the higher ranks such as Diamond 1 Diamond 2. Good Stuff.

On the training packs, it says 80% because you're not resetting the shot sometimes when you miss, so it skips that shot. So by the end of it, you only actually scored 8 out of 10 shots.

@NIXSI4 ай бұрын
the training packs only count a shot as "complete" if you did the shot on your first try. if you restart the shot to try it again it wont count it towards the final percentage of completion which is why the pro and all star packs gave you a 90 and 80 percent completion.

You've still yet to fight the best melee mario, melee bowser, melee ness (prob hbox), melee roy (ik it's zain), melee dr.mario, melee young link, melee pichu (it's prob m2k but still), melee kirby, melee samus, melee luigi and melee ice's.
