i love paolo videos reaction when american shocked to how competent japanese company and workers are whether you personally think it's a good or bad thing it's embedded in their culture since their a kid in kindergarten

@@clowdy9355 yes its common to work overtime, but not that common. Also Japanese hr's have been improving so black companies aren't as big as they were before.

i love how american ludwig is. we do evac/fire drills every month in australia. 6months is compulsory. hotels have different laws.

I also bet they take care of japanese hotels way better Because I saw this video from the news in America, where the rooms in some hotels where not cleaned properly

Used to work at a Resort Hotel in Japan - Room cleaning for few months, then restaurant staff/bartender for a year. And yes, the cleaning is so important. Have to check every nooks and crannies, otherwise the customer might complain and the compensation will be needed. But it's not forced to the level of being stressful. The only reason staff get stressed is when the foreign travelers just fucc up everything/smoking in the non-smoking room and cause the room to be unusable till the odor is out.
