Harley Quinn This is too Classical for Beethoven’s style of music. Well only because it was the era of music right before his own era of music. Don’t you know? He didn’t become another Mozart for a reason, but this is so delightful for an unusual Beethoven!

@@ProdigyImprovisation But LvB is stilistically much closer to Mozart or Haydn than to romantic composers like Schumann, Berlioz or even Mendelssohn.

Claudio Albornoz It was Berthoven's maecenas, Prince Lichnovsky, who wanted the Klaviertrio (piano trio) to be opus 1 for marketing reasons. That is why a lot of Beethoven's works have no opus number.
