The biggest issue ive had these last few issues is Zoro. I don't understand why he was just messing around with Lucci instead of ending it as fast as possible seeing how dire the situation was, and once he took it seriously, he almost one shots Lucci. Missed a bit of the mark with his characterization there

The way this story is going down is almost like we are seeing what happened to the ancient kingdom and joyboy in their last moments. As we seen a beautiful technilogically advanced city be destroyed. The way they are so aggressive on taking down everybody. And trying not to let anything slide. With the whole goresei there. As if they have seen this same thing before and do not want it to get out of hand like it did 800 years ago. Except this joy boy will get away.

The small creature " hearing" was obviously observation haki. Also i really thought that the admirals were stronger than the elders, but the elders were immortal due to ope ope no mi operations. But after seeing one of them tank red roc, elders are definitely above admirals

I’ve said this for a while, power creep will keep happening. I mean if Luffy can’t deal with the Elders, that would mean the Holy Knights are more powerful, and he has to deal with them. So expect a gear 6 or 5.5. It’s inevitable. Probably Haki based. Also Luffy needs to learn to be able to keep his gear 5 form all the time. This has happened in other shone anime, and we might need another 2 year time skip so Luffy can keep his form longer than 10 minutes.

The only reason why I think there isn't gonna be another gear is because gear 5 is a awakening meaning its the full potential of the devil fruit. Plus in order for there to be another gear there has to be a different method of change in luffy's body. Gear 2 is increasing blood flow for increased speed in movements and attacks, gear 3 is blowing air into his bones inflated is whole limb, gear 4 is combination of gear 3 and haki inflated the muscles of his upper body. Gear 5 is the unlocked potential of the devil fruit. Even if you combine gear 4 to gear 5 it will still not create a gear 6 only a variation
