Its just my theory but zoan with smoke cloud around them probably have awakened and have control over their awakening like luffy and lucci While the jailer beasts have lost their mind they don't have the cloud around them By this assumption kaido is not awakened and yamato might be (it's just a theory so 😅) The smoke cloud might be a visual representation of a person controlling the awakening.

An explanation to Vegapunk's Devil fruit replication: Logia's are impossible to replicate possibly due to their nature of turning the user into the very essense of an element. Zoan's can be completely replicated as a whole another fruit as seen with Momo's df and the incomplete SMILES. Tho they cannot be awakened like the og. But this might prove to be false if Momo manages to awaken his fruit. Paramecia's, while they cannot be replicated as a whole different fruit, using the blood factors of their users in the green blood, it is possible to give others the power.

The reason why Lucci looks like he's already patched up is because awakened zoan fruit users gain an accelerated healing factor on top of their existing powers. They become even harder to take down now that they're regenerating as fast as Wolverine. Nothing short of an extreme permanent injury such as getting a whole limb cut off is going to stick for long.

I guess just how Luffy refers/titles his Gear 2nd attacks with Jet & Gear 3rd attacks with Gigant, Luffy is starting to decide to title his Gear 5th attacks with Dawn (albeit fun fact the translated meaning for his Dawn attacks such as Dawn Whip for example are as White; i.e. White Whip). Plus the Dawn name also has the pronunciation-sound of DON, which is the sound of Drum Beating; in which it might be reference to Luffy's drumming heartbeat in Gear 5th - And as much as I loved the Caesar Bashing, it goes off in my mind what ended up happening to Caesar in the end though

the director is Wataru Matsumi which the last episode he direcetec was 1051 and the animation director is tu yong who animated the last attacks in sanji's fight vs queen, most of the key animators in this episode are new but the biggest name is Naotoshi Shida

What's exciting for me is that a good majority of animators on these past two episodes are young animation students or industry debueters. Toei stacking talent like the Warriors.
