Luffy somehow can unite the most hostile of people from all four corners of the world under one flag with just his personality and goodness. And now with his post-Dressrosa Pirate Fleet and what we know of Luffy’s true identity, that makes Mihawk’s assessment all the more crucial.

watching mihawk just swing his sword around slicing the whole island apart is crazy, im curious on what the green attack is because he doesnt have to use a special named attack for it like most people, suggesting its a type of coating. maybe a more supreme color of haki but they didnt show it back then so it might just be his own personal ability, maybe df.
