I recently used Lufthansa Business Class on an A340-600 from Frankfurt to Seattle. I create content about it, too! My experience wasn't that great. I actually won't want to travel with them until the new Allegris cabin products are fully installed for all flights. Seems like your experience might have been better. Great video!

I had a ticket for the top deck of the 8i this past November, but due to an equipment issue, LH swapped it out for a -400. Still a great upper deck experience (although very warm). I'm flying through Munich to Berlin next month on the upper deck of the A380 in business class from Boston. Can't wait!!!

2022, for my first post-covid trip, I decided to travel on LH for the singular reason of flying on a 747 for the first time since 1985. I ended up going DXB-FRA-MIA, then MCO-FRA-DXB, and did 1 segment on the 748, 2 segments on the 744, and 1 segment on the A340-300, so I covered almost all of LH's 4 engine aircraft in one trip.

Even as a German guy I have to admit that Lufthansa Business Class is no advertising for Germany but pretty much reflects the state of Germany.😢😢😢

Very nice video, thank you very much. Very systematic and fair in the assessments. I fully agree: food looked acceptable at the most. The smashed tomato..hehehe..what did they think? The almond crust? Which crust hehe? Just some loose almonds poured over it..very poor. The cheese plate? Welll....Add to this the cheap wines and above all this horrible old cabin without all aisle access. I will never understand why people fly LH, not to even mention their high prices. I have been avoiding them for decades..but i mainly flew to Africa and Asia on true premium airlines like QR and EK.

Nice report! I’ve been on many Lufthansa flights, but I really hate Frankfurt airport. Next month, I’m flying United Newark-Milan, but the timing didn’t work for a nonstop return. So I’m flying Lufthansa, but through Munich on an A-350. So I’m very excited!

First of all, thanks for your video. Second, LH service reflects the typical US and European service standards. LH is not better BA AF KL etc. but better than UA AA and DL for sure. These airlines are definitely far away from carriers like SQ BR NH JL or QF

I fully agree! This is why I always recomend when flying from Europe to New York always use a fifth freedom flight of the Asian or Gulf Carriers. For the same money you get so much better everything!

lufthansa n est absolument pas une compagnie 5 étoiles elle l as été une seule fois et c etait un accident de parcours de la part de skytrax et cela d ailleurs ne c est pas renouvelé par la suite meme air france qui est largement au dessus de lufthansa niveau restauration n est pas une compagnie 5 étoiles

Lufthanasa is completely average. There's nothing "wrong" but there's also absolutely nothing that stands out either. The weakest link is definitely the food, if you get into decent lounge, stock up there, because the inflight meals will disappoint.
