for me, due to its 'lousy' behavour to customers and marginal service on european flights (where you even have to pay for snacks), Swiss is for sure NOT a PREMIUM airline anymore. It's more or less a lowcost airline like Ryan or Easy. A pitty what the german LH-management has made of the airline. The only good thing is their high safety standard.

and dont forget they dont offer wifi service on short-mid haul flight... meanwhile Eurowings (low cost from LH) does crazy 😂
