Insider tip. I fly out of ewr on LH or Austrian. Best tip if flying biz on a star alliance carrier is to drop off luggage and go to terminal C for the Polaris Lounge. There is a shuttle from C-B to bring you to your gate.

I bought an upgrade from premium eco to business last summer to go to Seoul, I paid 1300 for my ticket and 400 for the upgrade. Totally worth it! I also got the return as a “free” upgrade to business so I got a return flight in business class for less than 2000€! Unfortunately I couldn’t use the lounge but I didn’t have much time anyways! Totally worth it

She did not get her own seat. As you saw, she was sitting on top of us at times. No, she didn't get her own food. We brought on food and shared the meal with her.

Found this video as an hour ago I booked business from EWR to CDG on the 747-8. When in the lounges do they charge extra for booze and food? And in flight, do they charge for beer/wine on business? Great vid and I'm more exited for this experience.

I flew Lufthansa business class From San Diego to Rome, via Munich, and it was completely underwhelming….flight attendants were efficient but not personable at all. Food was very marginal and I didn’t care for the seat configuration 2-2-2. Never again…… I will fly ITA to Rome!

Just done 13hour flight SIN - FRA. The worst business class flight ever! The footwell space is ridiculous (even not in the bulkhead seats like the video) and seats hard as iron. I could barely get any sleep being over 6ft tall. The staff were noticeable for their absense. Never again. I should have stuck to Singapore airlines. They know how to do it!

3:48 Yeah. Lufthansa fired a portion of staff because of covid, the company didn't expect the situation to turn like this. The service could've also been low quality because the crew doesn't get along on many flights! Some people just shouldn't be flight attendants

True. I think parents absolutely need to learn how to be responsible for their child before they are mature enough to fly, and respect others around them. Little children cry mostly because they can’t take the pressure that builds up, and they aren’t able to manage that quite well.

Lufthansa Sucks. Last summer the gave me a case, and a Baggage Irregularity Report for missing suitcase. Next day, they closed the file, and never told me. Never would deliver my baggage. 😢

@@Unhappy_Nomad_Client I think it got a little bit better with LH in the last 2 years. Had some good experiences. But I agree, especially at Lufthansa you have a lot of Insta-FAs. They just "work" for Lufthansa to create their own Insta business. They are the worst! But in my experiences in general KLM flight attendants have the worst attitude.

My wife and I flew EWR-FRA for Scotland and next year to Italy. We were upper deck all 4 times what an airplane it's incredible flying upstairs. I spoke with the FA's they love working the 74. We paid $4400 pp I booked Coach and upgraded. The lounges were excellent as well as flight crew. I do admit 2022 was better service than 2003. The last trip they didn't bake cookies or build ice cream sundaes. 2022 they fed you entire flight but 2003 was still worth the $

Flew business class from Barcelona to Munich on Lufthansa. They used an old A320 with six across coach seats throughout the aircraft. Their business class consist of a curtain after row 7 and left the middle seats empty! What a rip-off crap. Meal service was even worse. Lufthansa, never again.

Lufthansa ruined my wedding proposal and has proceeded to care 0%. We were suppose to be on this flight on the upper deck, but they overbook their flights to the point that dozens of people are kicked off. Doesn’t matter that you have business class seats and there is nothing you can do about boarding your confirmed flight. They don’t make it easy for you to get refunded either. They really are the worst airline I have ever dealt with and I have been flying between Europe and the US for almost 25 years at least twice per year. I can't believe people think this airline is good/has good customer service. What a disappointment!
